Spring-like Weather Arrives

After a wacky late-winter storm Spring-like weather finally arrives two days after the storm. It dumped a foot of snow in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In Mckinney, Texas they recieved 7 inches! Most of that snow will have melted away by now and all will be gone by tomorrow afternoon as we are expected to make it into the 70s. The highs in the 70s will stick around until Friday, after a cold front moves in Thursday bringing rain chances to the state. It looks to be a fast moving system, maybe a few marginally severe storms, but mainly rain and completely out of the state by Saturday with sunny skies and temperatures trying to make it back to the 70s again on Saturday. Over the weekend Searcy received 0.48 inches of rain bringing the monthly totals to 0.85 and the yearly totals to 4.81. Enjoy the beautiful spring days as before we the active severe weather really gets going! Have a wonderful Monday night!- Zachary Green.
